(SAOG), Chairman & Managing Director of Al Madina Financial & Investment Services Co. SAOC and Chairman of Gulf Mushrooms Products Co. SAOG.

Eng. Khamis has graduate in Industrial Engineering and has attended various courses in industrial development, planning & financing in UK and Japan. Worked with the Ministry of Commerce & Industry for a period of 12 years in various capacities as that of Industrial Engineer, Director of H.E. the Minister’s Office, Director of the Industrial Incentives Department, Director-General of Industry and was finally the Undersecretary for Industry.

Director of Taageer Finance Company, is the Senior Projects Manager of The Arab Investment Company (TAIC), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is also the Director of The Arab International Hotel Co., Jordan and Chairman of Al Ahsa Medical Services Co., Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Vice Chairman of Riyadh Al Swalim Co., Morocco. 
Eng. Fahad is a Bachelor of Engineering, Saudi Arabia and MBA from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia

Director of Taageer Finance Company, holds a Masters in Management with degrees in Science, Law and Banking professional qualification, CAIIB.
Presently, Mr. Gupta is the Chief Executive Officer of Al Anwar Holdings, Muscat. And has 30 years of working experience including 13 years as CEO in Banking and Investment Banking background with vast experience in international financial services.
Also worked with State Bank of India and SBI Capital Markets Ltd. India.

Director of Taageer Finance Company, is also a Management Consultant for the Iran Foreign Investment Company, Iran. Mr. Ziraknejad has completed his Masters degree in Science and has done course in Financial Analysis and Management at the Iran Center for Management studies through Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
He has a wide experience having worked as Managing Director in Europaesch Iranische Handels Bank AG, Hamburg, Germany. He has also worked with Bank of Industry and Mine, Tehran, Iran and with the World Bank, Washington.

Director of Taageer Finance Company, is also the Director & Executive Committee Chairman, Oman Ceramic Company SAOG and Director of Omani Qatari Telecommunication Company SAOC (Nawras).
Mr. Riyami is the Investment Director – Diwan of Royal Court – Pension Fund. He is a Bachelor in Business Administration (Management), American College – Atlanta, Georgia.

Director of Taageer Finance Company, is the Director (Business Development) and Shareholder of MB Holding Company LLC.
Mr. Usama obtained a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa (Oklahoma), and an M.Sc. in Energy, Trade and Finance from City University, London.
Director of several subsidiary companies within MB Group such as MB Petroleum Services LLC (a leading oilfield services company in the Middle East with offices and operations in several countries), Mazoun Petrogas LLC based in Oman (Oil Exploration), Crest Petroleum (Trading & Marketing) and many other entities owned by the Group.
