MOHAMMED ABDULLAH AL KHARUSI, Omani, with an M.B.A. in Administrative Management from the University of Maryland, USA and B.S. in Management Information System / Business Management from Maryville University, St. Louis, MO, USA.

Having received training from Bankgesellschaft Berlin AG & Berliner Bank, Berlin, and Commerzbank AG- Frankfurt in 1997, has since worked in the Banking sector in and joined Taageer Finance Company (SAOC) since January 2002 and is presently the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

N V H SASTRY, Indian, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Science from Osmania University , Hyderabad, . He has more than 20 years of post qualification experience of which 14 years has been in the Leasing industry. He has varied experience in managerial positions covering areas like finance and accounting, marketing & business development and investments.

Mr. Sastry has been associated with Taageer since inception and has hands on experience in all the aspects of leasing industry. Prior to this assignment, he has worked for an Industrial Investment Company where he has varied experience in project implementations and start up of initial operations of the Companies.  Mr. Sastry is presently is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

MOHAMMED BADER AL BUSAIDY, Omani, holder of Diploma in Business Management – UK and Japan, has over 10 years experience in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and over 10 years experience as Human Resources and Administration Manager having received specialized training at the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences in Human Resources Management. He has also completed a mini-MBA programme from the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2007 and has completed a distance learning programme in Human Resource Management in the GCC from IIR Middle East, Dubai .

Joined Taageer Finance Company in the position of HR & Administration Manager since January 2002.

Ala’a Eldin Mohammed . Ala’a has completed his LLB from the Alexandria University, Egypt. He has received a Certificate from Sudanese Union Bar for Practicing legal Profession before all Sudanese Courts in 1989 and a Certificate on IP issues with excellent grade – WIPO 2003. He has worked as a Branch Office Manager and Lawyer & Legal Advisor.

Joined Taageer as Legal Advisor since May 2006 and is also holding the portfolio of  Compliance Officer of the Company.

K. V. Padmakshi, Indian, a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Diploma holder in Information System Audit (SA) from ICAI.  Ms. Padmakshi has also completed a Masters Degree in Sanskrit from the Mysore University, India and Bachelor in Science from the Bangalore University, India.  She was a Functional Consultant for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation in Finance / Costing Modules. 

With 5 years of post qualification experience in Audit, Ms. Padmakshi is presently the Internal Auditor  of Taageer Finance Company, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, having joined the company since October 2007.

Mustafa Mohamed Zaher Al-Hinai has completed Master of Business Administration from Bedfordshire University, . He has been awarded Oracle Certified Professional from Oracle Corporation. Has also undergone Intensive Skills Development Program in Information Technology. Has over 7 years of post qualification experience in Information Technology and is presently the Head of IT & MIS of Taageer Finance Company. Prior to joining Taageer, he worked with the Diwan of Royal Court as Senior Project Manager.

Ramaswami Balaji is a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and has also completed his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with specialization in Finance from the University of Madras, India. Has an experience of over 19 years in the Financial Services industry in India and in the Sultanate of Oman.

Joined Taageer in July 2007 as Head of Credit Risk, Credit Administration & Collection & Recovery.

Asad Askari, Indian, with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wollongong, Australia and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Production from the University of Bombay, India.  Has an experience of over 12 years in Financial Institutions and the Banking sector in India and the Sultanate of Oman.  Is a Life Member of the Indian Institution of Plant Engineers (India) and a Chartered Engineer, Associate Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (India).

Joined Taageer in the position of Head – Retail & Branches since October 2008.
